Talon RS, LLC is owned and operated by Patricia Lotito, so hearing that we are considered a sexist firm is upsetting and disappointing. Patricia prides herself on helping women accomplish great financial goals and sympathizes in knowing the disadvantages that women face every day. Unfortunately, this is a case of miscommunication; we did receive the documentation in January, however, the file was incomplete and we contacted Marian via email asking for the additional information to be brought in. Marian stormed into the office the next morning and began yelling accusations and proceeded to accuse us of not having a relationship with Charles Schwab. After explaining our relationship with Charles Schwab in great length and what it had to do with her tax return, she asked for her paperwork back. This was our first dealing with Marian so we were never given the opportunity to service her. We offered her a free tax return which she declined and she left.
