I had a great experience with this company last summer when I found out my AC wasn’t working during the first heatwave of the season. Even though I wasn’t an existing customer, they had a technician out first thing the next morning and had it up and running by that afternoon despite some significant obstacles. Got a same day fix to our heat pump that had been a problem for 4 YEARS.
I wish I had called sooner because the company that did the install was totally useless for the past 4 years. So much of my life wasted calling to have no one take me seriously.
