On contacting them for an estimate, the salesperson who arrived talked complete sense without being pushy or aggressive whatsoever. He had great practical ideas, and lots of options based on the information booklet to replace and remove our age old windows. The quoted price seemed reasonable as well. The ordering process wasn't complicated and Lauren at their front desk was always ready to answer questions with completeness.
