I have never had anything less than an incredible experience at Why Knot. Heidi is attentive, knowledgeable, and might be the strongest human I’ve ever met. She asks for preferences and concerns at the start of each appointment to ensure comfort throughout so I always feel heard and have a worthwhile and satisfactory experience.I recommend Why Knot if you are looking to really have some work done for chronic pain ; or if you are looking for a relaxing, calm session. She’s amazing at both.Finally, the space isn’t overly stimulating so you are able to focus and relax. Never extreme temps, textures, fragrances, lights or noises.
