Decent prices for laundry. Nice machines. Friendly staff. My only issue is no public restroom so if you want to sit there the whole time you have to hope you dont need to go. Other than that I definitely recommend them!

First time I’m leaving a review for a place or service I’ve never used but they deserve it. I was driving up from the mills and saw one of the Wash Street folks (blonde/redhead in her mid 20’s-30’s?) hop out of the van at a red light to help someone in a wheelchair who had dropped some stuff in the water/snow by the intersection while trying to navigate the terrain.
So anyways shoutout to Wash Street and their great employees!

Wouldn’t honor 10% off first order like it says on the website. Instead told me I could use the coupon on my next order. When I called to explain the size of my order as a courtesy since it was a large order, the person on the phone went “Ahhh!” and then proceeded to tell me “You made me sad.” They washed the clothes nicely, but I wouldn’t use them again. I even got told “We are charging you a $10 delivery fee to see if you’d change your mind about placing your order.” I didn’t even get a quote for the full amount of my order, only partial so I was slammed with a huge invoice that they never discussed with me either.
