I know nothing about make up. My middle daughter, however, is a huge girly girl. Every time we've gone in, the staff have been so helpful and wonderful! They always help me find what my daughter is looking for!

I had the most amazing experience at Ulta in Manchester, NH today! I ordered some skincare items that I “Googled” and went to pick them up while returning the last failed attempt to help my horribly dry, sensitive skin. While returning my items, I met Hailley. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with me as she listened to my skincare woes.I asked Hailley if she would look through my items that I had “Googled” to see if they were a good choice. She went over the ingredients in the skincare items and told me what was good and not so good for my skin. I was shopping for various products for my partner, but was looking for a special item as well. Karen showed me some options, helped me understand the differences, and checked me out. It was nice to have the VIP treatment!
