I went to the Ulta salon today and had Venessa as my stylist. She was professional and did a fantastic job. She cared about the integrity of my hair and spent time making sure the color/cut was exactIy right. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks again!
Came in a little last minute not expecting to even find the product I needed but ended up very satisfied with my visit. I didn’t see something on the shelf and the one girl instantly went to the back to check despite them being so close to closing. Another girl was very sweet and spoke to me for a couple minutes while I waited. I got the product I went there for and the staff were wonderful.
All the staff here is amazingly helpful and friendly, even when you have questions that have nothing to do with their department. This is my go-to Ulta! (Although I don't think I've had a bad experience at any Ulta, honestly.) They should all get raises! 😎👍
