I recently received a Signature Facial from Sarah and it was truly an amazing experience. She is a true professional and provides the ultimate care. I had some lower back pain but decided to go to my appointment anyways and how happy I was that I went. Sarah made sure that I was comfortable on the treatment table and even provided additional items to insure pressure was relieved . I got so relaxed during the treatment that I’m quite certain I conked out for a while. I left feeling marvelous and will definitely schedule a treatment again with her.
I was at your salon on Feb 9, 2026 at 2:15 for hair cut and consultation with Jen Ryan. We discussed a series of pictures that I liked as to whether or not it would work with my hair texture and face. She also advised me on the amount of work styling each picture would take. We decided on an approach that I'm extremely happy with. I love the cut. She also gave me some samples of shampoo and conditioner that I will try then let her know to order them for me. Outstanding services at The loft, Susan has been doing all the hair services I have done and she has become a friend she has never damaged my hair nor recommended anything that would her pricing is very fair.Pamela in the spa absolutely amazing she will work with your schedule on all services you need and they offer quite a variety, she will not recommend services that will damage your skin. their Epionce products are the only products I use now as they do not contest my skin!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
