I have been seeing Kelley for extension for about a year and my hair is so healthy and I have had absolutely no issues. Her customer service is top notch as well as her work.
Sadly, there are people everywhere that will complain. Also, says something about clients that hop business to business. A worthy client would give one the opportunity to correct problems if they arise.
I can personally attest that she does fabulous work. So happy with the health, color and thickness of my hair. Shes legit. Price point is equally awesome as well :)
Karen took my appointment on short notice, and even did a color for me. I can't say enough about the professionalism, kindness and fun she, Karen and I had during our appointment.
As I work at this salon I feel as all I can say is that it is an amazing place to work for as a hairdresser. If you are looking for a place to rent a chair. Best group of woman I have ever worked with in this industry.
