I have never had a good interaction with anyone who works here. Service is always rude and completely uncalled for. Taxes are already a stressful things for any small business and your tax professionals should not make it any more stressful. I would not recommend penchansky unless you are looking to be spoken down too and completely disrespected as one of their clients.
I hired Penchansky & Co. to prepare my federal and New Hampshire business and personal tax returns for several years. Significant errors in those filings were later flagged by the State of New Hampshire, requiring the returns to be reconstructed and amended.
Correcting the filings required preparing proper entity-level returns under the correct EINs, correcting New Hampshire Business Enterprise Tax calculations, and reviewing multiple prior years to reconcile thresholds and structure. The corrective work ultimately cost $9,920 in additional professional fees.
