I worked with Dan about a year ago. He gave a detailed report on the areas of the home I wanted inspected. He found some things I was not away of. I had this inspection done because my contractor made a lot of huge errors, and I wanted to check the other areas that this contractor worked on. Dan was really great and worked with me anyways even knowing I had an issue with the contractor. Today he was even willing to speak with my lawyer and answer some questions about his report to help me in my litigation against the contractor. Like I said the inspection was about a year ago.
