3 times I have driven to the mall of new Hampshire, specifically to get a massage. 1.5 hour drive. (Yes, I usually do some other shopping after), and 3 times I have been denied the service I have requested, which is the full body massage. It is advertised on their board as available, and they tell me I can have it, that it is going to be minutes... so I wait for it. Yet when it is my turn, I am told I can not have that service, I can only have the chair massage because it is too busy. It doesn't matter if it is early morning, mid afternoon or evening, it's always the same excuse. I feel they should not offer service they are not prepared to fulfill!
We drive almost 2 hours to receive a service advertised, and they are “too busy”. No, I believe they want more fast money. Terrible customer service. This is the 3rd time we I have been turned away for a service advertised by them!
I’ve been to this location 3 times now and had a great experience each time. The last time I went I had very specific pain in my shoulder and neck and they loosened it up significantly. You’re able to just walk in and sit. No wait time at all.
