Kristen and Loren are excellent people to work with and I highly recommend to anyone. As soon as I walked through the door Kristen made me feel welcome and comfortable with my choices for my husband’s monument and even though I never met Loren face to face I felt cared for through our email correspondence. I originally was trying to go through another place and they would not respond back to me so I contacted Manchester Memorial and they say everything happens for a reason well I believe that to be true because I don’t believe I would have been any where near as happy with my purchase as I am with the one I made through them.

I am incredibly grateful for the care and dedication shown by this company. Despite challenging weather, they ensured my son’s headstone was installed by his anniversary, which meant more to me than I can put into words.
Their workmanship is beautiful, and their kindness, sensitivity, and efficiency made an incredibly difficult experience gentler and more compassionate. Because of them, I can now visit knowing my son is honored in the way he deserves.
