This would be my second time going to Great cuts. Had a great experience at the Manchester one in New Hampshire but the one in hooksett. The lady was very rude and did not cut my hair shot enough and I went back and they wanted to recharge me. So I'm going to wait till my hair gets a little longer and go back to Manchester

I just want to first start with that the manager at this store right now is kicking @$& despite being so shorthanded.
She is doing 35+ haircuts alone a day!!!! And is still being treated like crap from PATRONS because they have to wait due to the shorthanded situation. It’s not her fault.

I was in and out of there really fast and the stylist did a great job. I used the app to check in and it made it fast and easy. There is plenty of parking and lots of other stupid in the area.
