Brian ,Brandon and Frank were all very respectful, friendly and patient. We had a few issues with internet wifi connection. This team worked together very well. They were thorough and got us up and running. Would definitely have them back. Brian Skillman was our lead tech and was absolutely one of the most thorough and informative tech Ive had the pleasure of working with.
Maliah was a great help to me; very polite, knowledgable, careful, she kept me posted on the process of checking my computer for viruses, etc. Best Buy Geek Squad is lucky to have her on the team.
Andy in the garage that installed my remote starter was amazing! He did it in lightning speed. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend the garage for remote installs!
