Steve inspected a single family house for my wife and I. We were nervous going into the inspection because the original part of the house was built around 1900. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything in the report. Thanks to his advice and report, we feel confident moving forward knowing what needs to be addressed first.

Steve inspected a duplex we are in the process of buying on 3/9/23. He did a very thorough, organized inspection and was happy to explain anything along the way while we followed along, and even offer advice for methods of dealing with issues based on his ~13 years of home inspection experience.He is very clear and up front about what will be covered in the inspection, and he delivers quality work in a prompt manner.
