I got a full face wax here and it was fantastic. The esthetician’s technique was excellent — she used hard wax, which made a big difference in comfort and results. Smooth, professional, and I’ll definitely be back for this service again.
I had a head spa appointment with Olivia and - OMG - it was one of the best things I've ever treated myself to. My scalp and my hair feel fantastic and the whole treatment just felt so luxurious and relaxing. This will be something I come back for again and again. Olivia was so great and used the exact right amount of pressure for all the different treatments she was doing to my scalp (massaging, combing, etc.). She's a master. Seriously - make an appointment. You're going to love it.
It was a struggle to find the entrance, but I called the salon and the receptionist came to find me, she was so kind!!
My hairdresser was polite and funny. She took the time required to do my balayage correctly. When she died my hair a blonde hue and could tell it wasn’t what I was going for, she made it right immediately by redying based on the color I wanted, even though it meant staying past close. I really appreciated how important it was for her to get the color right, and to hear that if I was unsatisfied in anyway, I should call her and come back.
