I finally found CASCO after calling quite a few residential appliance repair companies for my 30 year old commercial-style residential Dynasty oven. I had been able to source the OEM parts from Dvorson’s in CA before finding CASCO. Marlene the dispatcher was very professional, friendly and a great communicator. She explained the pricing structure in advance. She also communicated updates as to the arrival time of the techs.
