My experience at the BJ'S Manchester NH optical department was PHENOMENAL!!! Carrie DiStefano is the best. Everything was explained to me during the eye exam. I ended up getting new glasses and Carrie assisted me with what looked good and not so good. I never one felt rushed as Carrie worked into her lunch hour which I know is precious time in retail. And a special thank you to the other young lady in that department as well (yup I lost her card)

I lost my glasses ordered on a Wed aft as an asap...it was a holiday weekend Tues I got a text glasses ready! Very happy with customer service at Manchester Store and the Optical people making the glasses.

The prices are great with a good selection of frames. The glasses came in faster than they said. They fit great. The employees are fantastic and very helpful. Thank you all for a wonderful experience ?
