Buying new glasses at BJ's has been a good experience. The people were efficient and helpful. My only criticism is that the variety of frames was limited. In the past they have had more styles.

I’ve never had someone actually make it fun and exciting to get glasses. Absolutely fabulous service and caring. Wonderful individual. Unfortunately I’m very bad with names. I always have been. And my glasses are fabulous and they look great on me.

Excellent experience! Very nice technician. She did a great job with her part of the exam, explained everything (I don't remember her name but at Manchester NH store Saturday 10/8/22, 3:00 PM.) Zoom telehealth consult with 2 doctors went well. I felt the exam was very thorough and the prescription I got at the end of the exam will be the best I have seen in years. I am a BJ's employee (club 309) but this is my honest opinion.
