I've used this service for 10 years and it took me a year to understand that this is a small operation and the communication can be tough. If you are patient, flexible, and you understand that you are dealing with a guy in his 70's the service provided is a great value compared to some of the other waste removal services. I use many waste management companies in the commercial construction industry and Davis is always the best value in the end.

I called John yesterday to remove some heavy furniture items left by the seller of my new home. He came out first thing this morning and took care of it. Super nice guys and they did a great job!
