Laurie at the Loudon NH office is exceptionally helpful and friendly. I called about a problem and she was willing and able to help me. Even if she didn't know the answer to my question, she got the answer for me. Great customer service!

Boiler started leaking and we were with Irving but nobody would come out. Called Eastern and eventually spoke to Marc Murgo about switching from Irving to Eastern and it was the best decision I’ve made. In two days my equipment was inspected and an appointment was made to have some leaking oil fill pipes replaced, as well as my boiler serviced and expansion tank replaced and I am now an oil customer. Thank you for making it easy!
