It was his explanation of the scope of work, and how they would ensure a quality finished product was the deciding factor in my choosing them, even though they were not the lowest price. I made a couple of changes between when I agreed to the deal and when they actually came to install. They were right there to help and get me exactly what I wanted. They were able to get our project done more than a week ahead of the promised time frame and the finished product looks amazing.
