The healthcare professionals, including nurses and PAs, are exceptionally helpful, nice, and caring. The front desk staff are also friendly and welcoming. The center is open on Sundays, making it a convenient option for those who need urgent care. Patients appreciate the kindness and attention they receive, leaving them feeling cared for and grateful.
We had a wonderful experience today with my daughter. The entire staff was kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They took the time to make her feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything before we left. As a parent, it’s so reassuring to know your child is being cared for by people who are compassionate and truly attentive. Thank you for providing such excellent care we really appreciate everything you did for our family. I highly recommend this office!
Probably the best Urgent Care experience I have ever had. From the lovely ladies at check-in to the Nurses, PA and the Doctor who treated me with such care, who listened, and actually helped me and also made a game plan for AFTER- I appreciate everything and I am so grateful!!!
I am updating my review, from 1 to 3 stars because the next day they took my son right away the following day and asked how experience can be better next time, which is a good improvement.
- Original response from night before - Bad. Scheduled an appointment at 630PM on Sunday for my son with a rash. We sat in office for 1 and a half hours before being deciding to leave. One of the nurses came in 50 minutes in saying there is one patient ahead, etc. But waiting room and inside checking was completely empty. Didn't see any emergency type situations either. Ridiculous.
