Crystal was extremely helpful coming to our house to see what we wanted done, then created the entire layout on a computer for us to see. It was amazing. She quoted us a price and told us a date that the project would be started and when it would be finished and she was right on the money.
Another wonderful person took us shopping for all our kitchen cabinets, etc. and the men that actually did the building showed up when they were expected to come (every single day) and cleaned up neatly when the work day was finished. I am very pleased to write a review for Crossroads Contracting. The Crossroads Team did an unbelievable job on our kitchen and half bath renovation. Josh walked us through several plan designs to come up with the exact one that would work with our rustic log home. Teamwork and customer service is clearly what gives them the edge. They keep you informed with updates daily and weekly. We had a fantastic team to work with. Shaun, Sam, Ryan, Keri and the rest of the team were always available, accountable and extremely responsive and respectful. They take considerable pride in their work.
