“Mike performed a duct cleaning and did an excellent job plus some.Due to medical issues, I was concerned about any duct dirt getting into the house; he was conscientious of preventing any escape of the duct dust and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable staying in the house while the ducts were cleaned.While cleaning the ducts, he looked around, took photos of the areas (ie:attic) so we could see what he saw, and went out of his way to share suggestions on how to keep out contaminates.On the way out, they cleaned their way to the front door leaving no trace they were even here (except for the clean ducts).He really cares about what he is doing and helping people keep their homes healthy to live in as evidenced by his willingness to share his expertise so freely. “The staff came to do a free cleaning and the cleaning itself went wonderfully! I was impressed with what the machine picked up. Jeremy was so kind and nice and friendly and worked fast, and he really deserves all the praise. My only issue is that the supervisor he was under left him at my home for too long, and given the cold, if I had had to leave it would have been awful! Very dangerous business practice for your staff! I hope he is better looked after and cared for as an employee moving forward!
