A friend said that it's a great gym so I decided to give it a try and I'm so happy I did! First the people are so friendly, it really is a community and I really appreciate the positive and supportive energy. The 2 trainers I've worked with have been so nice, they have helped me feel welcomed, they have helped me understand what to do next and helped me with my form. The gym is very clean and there are no mirrors, it's about exercising to feel good and become strong. The second night I went the instructor had a baby in a carrier, it was really beautiful to see,there were children there, such a wonderful environment, I can't think of a better experience!“
