After being passed on (June-September) by Cottage Hospital, Dartmouth Hitchcock, and two local pediatrician offices - The Alpine Clinic was recommended. Out of desperation, I reached out to them. It turned out to be one of our best decisions. The Alpine Clinic returned our call within 24 hours, and scheduled a consult within 72 hours. Prior to the consultation, an x-ray was ordered same day and post consultation they said they may have to wait until Monday for an MRI. After 15 minutes, the nurse returned and said they could fit an MRI. Within one appointment, all three tasks were completed. Amazing! From start to finish! The entire staff was professional, friendly and above all, kind! I began with Ginny Dr. Chen’s assistant. She was very empathetic and knowledgeable. I met with her several times and was never disappointed! She also assisted Dr. Chen in the OR for my surgery. I had knee surgery to repair the meniscus and clean up the arthritis. I have NEVER met a more compassionate, kind, professional, highly knowledgeable Physician and Surgeon! He is Brilliant!!! I still can’t believe I was able to have knee surgery by Dr. Chen who is a well renowned Orthopedic Specialist!!! We have been blessed to have him in the North Country! My experience here has been excellent. They have reduced the pain in my shoulder dramatically. The VA has sent me here a couple of times now and I believe the staff truly care for helping others. Thank you for everything.
