“After being passed on (June-September) by Cottage Hospital, Dartmouth Hitchcock, and two local pediatrician offices - The Alpine Clinic was recommended. Out of desperation, I reached out to them. It turned out to be one of our best decisions. The Alpine Clinic returned our call within 24 hours, and scheduled a consult within 72 hours. Prior to the consultation, an x-ray was ordered same day and post consultation they said they may have to wait until Monday for an MRI. After 15 minutes, the nurse returned and said they could fit an MRI. Within one appointment, all three tasks were completed. Surgery was promptly scheduled. 12 year old, full ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair was completed by Dr. Kauffman. He called later in the evening, after his 12 hour shift and our family could not have been more grateful for that. What a kind gesture to check-in once the clock stopped. Wonderful staff, knowledgeable team - Overall extremely impressed with everyone’s hard work to take care of my baby. There’s a long road to recovery but I know they’re supporting us every step of the way!“
