Eric did an inspection on a home I'm in the process of purchasing. He was on point from the moment I called. we spoke on the phone for a while and set up a date and time that best suited me. During the inspection he recommended that I tag along and shadow him. This was great for me because I am not fully acquainted with in the ins and outs of every aspect of a home. he did an amazing job of explaining exactly what he was doing and teaching me a ton of valuable information. I received the written report just a few hours later. The report was very thorough, well-written, and formatted in a way that was super convenient to follow along with. the report coupled with my shawdoing during the inspection has left me fully aware of every aspect I need to know about my future home.
