Within 15 minutes of my first class here I already knew I’d join! Josh and Shane have been my coaches and their knowledge and professionalism is so appreciated. The facility is great and has well-maintained equipment. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I’d highly recommend!

I hit up this gym for a 7am drop-in WOD. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The class was intimate (5 of us) so there was lots of personal attention. Brooke was a great coach who spotted a couple ways to improve my technique on the clean and j**** Perfect experience when visiting a box!

Great Box! Great community!Stopped in for the 20.2 open workout and everyone was incredibly welcoming. Also, great tips from my Kevin, pushing me through that grueling workout, even hit a new PB with my DUs!Thanks Jay, Josh, Leah and the rest of the team! Look forward to dropping in again when I’m back in the North Country!
