I always use fireside for service and stoves. They installed my wood stove and they always provide excellent service and support. Austin and Ethan were great and they replaced the old combustion motor on my pellet stove quickly and efficiently. I think their work area was cleaner after they left than I had it before they arrived. Thank you so much.

John and Sean showed up within the stated timeframe. They were pleasant, professional, informative, careful and took precautions to keep the area clean while cleaning the fireplace insert and relining pipe. When they completed cleaning the insert, they vacuumed the area around the fireplace. Also, Sean climbed onto the roof to view the broken flue, took pictures which were emailed to the office and they explained the procedure from that point. They did a great job. We bought our insert from Fireside and have had them clean it over the years.
