John was on site with one of his colleagues today to "cable" a trio of oaks that were causing concern. His estimate was very fair and he was able to respond to our needs in a timely and professional manner. I know of them from other work done in our neighborhood and all of his customers are pleased at the quality of his work and his responsiveness.
The question really should be, "What did you NOT like about this company?" I called and the owner actually answered on the second ring. I asked him about grinding a stump in my yard, he said once one of his workers looked at it, he would get back with me. From start to finish, great communication, very fair price, and great work!
