Heather is wonderful! She is so welcoming, attentive, and professional. It is clear she knows her art, I could feel a significant difference in my body after my hot stone massage (a first for me and totally worth it!). I felt so perfectly taken care of during my time with her - I will definitely be coming back!

Heather is an amazing therapist! Her communication and soft skills are very welcoming and professional. I really felt a difference in my muscle tension after my massage. She paid careful attention to my areas that needed more work done and checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable throughout the massage! I highly recommend receiving her massage!

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 8 years. I went to school for massage in North Carolina in 2017 and became certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Oncology massage. I have also been certified for Level 2 Reiki (energy work). I specialize in chronic pain and scar tissue management. Most people assume, once there is scar tissue, that they have healed. For many, the pain has just begun and has transformed from acute to chronic.
