Andrew was a life saver. Had to replace a cracked propane boiler in the middle of winter. He answered the phone on the first phone call and I described what was wrong and he knew exactly what I was talking about. Within hours he came over to check out the situation after normal working hours. Luckily, there is a pellett stove in the house to keep things somewhat warm. He had a quote ready in 24 hours and removed the old boiler and installed the new one within a week. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He even offered to bring some electric heaters over to help get through the week. A very nice person! He has my business from now.
I found out in December that I needed a new home heating system. As most people may know, this is a very expensive undertaking. I called seven HVAC companies for estimates and found Andy at Sunrise Heating and Cooling to be very reasonable. I also felt a sense of urgency since it was winter in NH. Andy was able to order the supplies and complete the installation in about 2 weeks, which was quite a bit less time than other companies had told me. He was able to answer all of my many questions about heat pumps and air handlers professionally and with confidence. My 27 year old heater was on the brink of dying. After receiving a quote from a well known business, I decided to dig a bit and get a second quote. I went through Angie’s list and read the reviews for Sunrise and decided to contact them.Within minutes I received a call from Andy and explained my situation. I sent him over all the information I had. Shorty after he called me back with a quote that was THOUSANDS of dollars less than the previous quote I had received!Andy worked tirelessly to get the job done with a more efficient unit.
