Well I actually did not use their service! I brought a braided rug that had been stored in our attic over garage. We were downsizing so offered to have it cleaned and then to give it to a family member. King of Klean was recommended. They pointed out that there was staining likely urine from a small animals nest that had been tucked into the middle of the rolled up carpet. Because of the material they felt first that the stain would not come clean and there likely would be an odor even after cleaning. They didn't talk down to me. Very much strait talk. Had a large sectional and the carpets in 3 bedrooms cleaned. Everything looks great and we will definitely use them in the future.
