My car had to be towed from Pelham to Litchfield on Wednesday 10/16/24 and the tow driver did great. The car was put exactly where we asked him over the phone. Was very happy with the experience of the tow truck driver

Great Service by Will Hurley. He was very kind and helpful. He resolved our issue within few minutes and also explained many things. He also inspected the parts and told which part is good and which may need replacement. His suggestion to avoid spending on the unnecessary parts was very helpful. Our car is up and running. 7/19 approx 6pm: I am late on this review. The driver (I believe it was Will) was very kind and quickly hooked up my car. He followed my instructions once at my mechanic's and went above and beyond to send me photos of the building and my car parked there to ensure it was the right place and to confirm he had completed the job. It's always a nerve-wracking thing for me to trust someone with my car and have it out of my sight, but he made it a very comfortable experience! I appreciated the follow up with photos very much. Great job!!
