We had our 1,000 Gal Tank cleaned out today by Hamm Septic's Technician John. He was very friendly and easy to talk to - he answered my questions and proceeded to do an outstanding job which included covering up the dig area in an exceptional manner. That included covering the tank cover with the displaced dirt but also with the mulch leaving the area as if it had never been disturbed. We have been customers for nearly 30 years and this job was in keeping with the services that we have been accustomed to - all at a great price.
They came when I was at work. The check was left on the door for the driver. He text me before arrival then again when he was done. They came, pumped out my two septic tanks. It and it looked like they were never there. Clean professional and easy to use services.
Made an appointment for a septic cleaning, they contacted me to let me know the truck was on its way, arrived and did an excellent job cleaning out the tank. No issues and will use Hamm again for next cleaning.
