Jennifer and Jim are genuine people who offer their employees the best possible opportunities with great incentives and benefits based on how much you buy in and contribute to the Design Works family. I benefited greatly from my time there (12 years), learned a significant amount about the industry that I have taken with me in my own career. We recently had the pleasure of working with Design Works to bring our dream pool patio to life, and we are really happy with the results.
