5 stars is an understatement! When I first contacted chamberlain to start the process of purchasing a generator I was told it could take upwards of 6 months to be installed. I ended up Receiving it and had it installed in less than 2.5! Fast forward 60 days after install there was a freak accident where I needed a whole new set up. I called them Wednesday night about 8pm and I had a brand new generator set, installed etc. Thursday by lunch time! I can’t thank Andrea enough for the expedited service and constant communication throughout this whole process. Couldn’t recommend a better company to buy a generator from, thank you!Services: General construction

An outstanding company in all ways! We have used Chamberlin Electric for the installation of our on demand generator as well as replacement wires for a whole house air conditioner. We have found the complete team, from Rick, the CEO, to Keith, the on site electrician, to the entire office staff, to be professional, friendly, and responsive to our electrical needs in all ways! I just had a generator installed by Chamberlin Electric. I was given a guesstimate of possibly 12 weeks which turned into 20. In these post covid times, I didn't feel that was unusual. I have been kept informed throughout the process and today it was completed. Everything has been tested and working and we are so relieved to know that we now have a dependable alternate source of power we can rely on when we lose power. It's one thing to be without electricity for lights and/or heat but quite another to be without water because we have a well. I am very pleased with Chamberlin Electric. Thank you Patricia Bixby
