We recently moved into a home with a pool that needed a new liner. After getting quotes from several companies, we chose another company because they had the lowest price (though all of the quotes were fairly similar). We paid a 50% deposit and were told the liner would be installed in May.
Unfortunately, communication completely broke down after that. Over the next two months, I called the company three times and stopped by the office twice, but no one could give me even a rough estimate of when the work would be completed. I don’t know this gentleman’s name, but I really want to recognize him for his kindness. During the snowstorm at Williamsburg Condos in North Chelmsford, we were struggling to reverse our cars. He was driving a truck with a snow plow and did not hesitate to get out of his car, grab his shovel, and help us. He even gave my dad clear instructions on how to safely reverse the car, even though he didn’t have to stop at all. He wears glasses and has a white mustache and beard. Acts of kindness like this make such a difference, and I’m truly grateful for his help
Being a pool owner for over twenty years I highly recommend Aquatime! The people are outstanding and will go out of their way to assist with pool problems and complex water testing if needed. They are honest and will help balance your pool, teach you if you want to learn more, and try to keep costs down. I have been to other pool stores and NO one compares! The only place I will go now.
