Hello, I have been a drywall contractor in the New Hampshire and beyond area for 30 plus years. This has allowed me to interact and work for many builders. I have always held a very high regard for Tarkka Homes. Their attention to detail and patience reaching it is a staple of building for them. Again, I have seen every type of builder you can imagine. I have always said if I were to contract my personal home, be it a new home or custom addition, Tarkka Homes would be at the very top of my list.

Five stars isn’t a high enough score to describe our experience working with Tricia and Matt at Tarkka Homes!When we decided to buy land in 2021, we met with a few builders who left us feeling uneasy and unsure of what to do. I'm an architect in Southern NH and I have worked with Tarkka for over 20 years. They are first on my list when referring a builder to a client because they hit the sweet spot between quality and construction cost. They are great to work with and unlike most builders they are easy to reach whenever you have a question.
