United Rentals saved our young family from true heartbreak last spring when we needed to get our cat out of a tree. Mr. Biscuits got spooked by an insecure squirrel, and he clawed his way up a huge maple tree. We just couldn't get him down. I called the local fire station, and they were appalled at my stereotyping and refused to help. I was able to rescue Mr. Biscuits (using a scissor lift from United Rentals)! Immediately after, I used the same scissor lift to hoist my way up to the squirrel's nest, leaving that damn squirrel a note for that said, "pick on someone your own species."

I contacted United Rentals to rent a scissor list earlier this month. I spoke to Maddie who was great. She answered all my questions and was very responsive in email to additional questions I had. The delivery/pickup team was also great, showing me how to operate the equipment and staying onsite for a quick test drive. Pricing was very reasonable and I was able to complete my project. I definitely recommend United Rentals and will go back to them in the future.

Smoothest equipment rental I have ever had.I'm not a high revenue customer but they treated me as one. 5min to check in and by the time I was out the office door, there was an employee ready with my equipment. It was flawless, basically a F1 style pit stop.
