I happen to be the village idiot who thought it would be better and cheaper to rent a 34’ boom lift (of which I have never operated before) to do work on my house than pay some professionals to do it. After my experience with United I could not have made a better decision. Everyone I worked with at United was great and that included the delivery driver who gave me some tips on using the lift. A little tip is you will get way better customer service by calling than trying to book online. I actually got a slightly cheaper price as well by calling than had I booked online. I provided a review previously that outlined a few issues, mostly related to some communication issues between corporate and local. I'd like to update my review, in that I did receive the proper cost adjustment, and someone did reach out to ensure I was happy. I do appreciate the quick response, credit and the fact that someone took the time to read and respond to my review. This shows they obviously care and is very much appreciated. My review goes from just above average, to 5 stars! Perhaps I should've waited a few days to review to give them time to respond. Thanks again for the quick response.
