Mike from Groundworks was great to work with. He was very thorough during his inspection and took the time to clearly explain the condition of our crawl space, the issues we’re dealing with, and the best solutions for our situation. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to.
What I appreciated most was that Mike didn’t try to oversell anything. He focused on what was actually needed and answered all our questions honestly. If you’re dealing with moisture or water issues in a crawl space or basement, I highly recommend Mike and the team at Groundworks

We had a terrific visit yesterday from the good folks at Groundworks/Hooksett New Hampshire. Graham (with his trainee) did a terrific job with the annual maintenance for our two sump pumps and two dehumidifiers in our crawlspace. They were exceptionally professional, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. We signed up for a three year annual service plan, and we feel well well taken care of and protected knowing that Graham is just a phone call away.

I was very curious about groundwork's when I kept seeing pop ups. I was very hesitant to make an appointment because I was worried about the cost. I booked an appointment on November 22nd and I had a salesman calling me two days later that he was on his way. His name was Chris Welcome. I cannot say enough on his outgoing personality and how knowledgeable he was going over what groundwork’s is all about. He checked my floors with a light beam leveler and let me know how much of a difference in height in separate places of our home. He then went and looked in my crawlspace and recommended the services needed to alleviate a disaster down the road with only one beam running...read full review
