“My family had a wonderful experience with NINH. The process to be evaluated was straight forward, and they were able to begin therapy for my child much sooner than other places local to me who had an eight month waitlist.
Every week, two therapists worked closely with my child and always kept me up-to-date on how she was doing and had suggestions/strategies for the upcoming week. The therapists collaborated and were amazing at redirecting my child as needed. My child recently graduated from both therapies and was sad to no longer attend. Her therapists were amazingly friendly and even presented her a gift for her graduation that was related to her special interest.
The front desk receptionist is very friendly and helpful. She was always providing help in the waiting room and making the atmosphere light and playful. She was great with all of the kids, even those who were patiently (or not so patiently) waiting for their siblings. She was on top of billing every week and would confirm amounts with me. She also made sure the waiting room was orderly after kids had been playing all day.
