One of my friends went to this shop. We watched his car sit in the parking lot for almost a week before it was brought into the shop. I guess we are taking out customers time for granted. I called them myself and Steve was unbelievably rude and not understanding to our concerns. When the car is finally out. Yes the check engine light was off but they did not address everything that was needed for the car and what we expressed needed to be done. Very poor job by them and by the company. The general manager was also very snippy when spoken to her when asked about the allotted time we were given in regards to the car being finished. Very ugly situation. Would never return to this so called business
In my review on Yelp. I forgot to mention Steve and Chris by name. From the moment I met Steve from Malden and Chris to ask them to check over my car I have never had such a wonderful experience. They didn’t even know I was coming. Just walked in off the street! They treated me like they had known me forever. They were professional, knowledgeable and kind. The only thing they wanted was to make sure I got back to Vermont safely. I wish I lived closer for they would be my garage for sure. Thank you a million times. The Little old lady from Pasadena
