This was my first experience with LHR. I am impressed. Service manager called with the arrival time of the technician. His name is Julian. He was fantastic. Fixed a shower faucet issue and removed/installed a new garbage disposal. Excellent work. All discussions regarding scope of work and price was over the phone was done with service manager.
