Bruce was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. We had a couple homes we had to have inspected and there were some areas of concern that we had. We really appreciated that Bruce actually explained how his tools/instruments worked, what the limitations of them were, and what we could learn from it. It helped us feel like we understood the process, and also could trust Bruce's experience and skill set. Any concerns or questions we had, he would look into them and share them with us.

Bruce is very personable and professional and was great to work with while he did our home inspection. He gave us his report even faster than we expected. I would highly recommend him for any home inspection.

Bruce was great to work with! He was very responsive, on-time the day of our inspection, knowledgeable and took his time walking us through the inspection of our home. He explained what he was finding and even offered suggestions for minor repairs that were needed. We will always call Scout Home Inspections anytime we need a home inspection. Thanks Bruce!
