I began practicing with Susan on zoom in June 2020 when I was not able to go to the chiropractor (I had at least monthly visits). After three months, I realized I hadn't needed a visit because my back had stayed aligned! If I miss yoga for a week or so, I notice my lower back is tightening up. I highly recommend this type of yoga and Susan as a teacher.
I enjoy yoga with Susan. Her knowledge and expertise has provided me with experiences ranging from Bliss to relaxation, to stretching and strengthening, to an increased range of motion and pain relief, to an overall increased sense of well-being. Definitely recommend. ?
Sea Glass yoga and Sattva are truly amazing. I have been doing yoga with her for years. It’s been great for both my mental and physical health. I have never been healthier. I recommend this to everyone.
