Had an emergency tonight after a thunderstorm due to no water. I called the after hours service and spoke with a thoroughly professional technician who was incredibly helpful in troubleshooting the problem and got my water back on while he walked me through the process. I got a phone call a few weeks ago saying I had no water. Went home assuming my pressure switch was shot. Checked it out myself and it was good.
Called Contoocook Well at 7:30 pm, had a return call by 9pm and had them scheduled for the next morning.
The crew showed up 5 minutes before the scheduled time and had the well pump pulled and replaced within an hour. All told, I was without water for less than 15 hours; incredible service. Thanks to the guys for a quick, friendly, and professional job.
